Except instead of the piracy boom causing it. They are kneecapping themselves following trends in other industries for no reason. I predict this is gonna play out one of three ways. Either 3rd parties will leave their mega AAA games out of the subscription for the “in theatres” run at launch, or these subs will be 50 a month for day one access to those games, or the games are gonna be so soaked with MTX that it’ll make nba2k20 look like a great value.
