I do architecture, framework development for local in house front end devs to use, infrastructure as a service design, containerization design and more. My Ike just became a Lord, but that's not the point. I'm playing through the game and a lot of the plot points are still so relevant today. Whether it's the racial tensions, or Soren's speech about people rather remain ignorant as long as what the ruling class does doesn't affect their livelihood. People destroying nature or attacking the heron tribe over some false accusations.

Everything just makes me go, damn, this is exactly what's happening today. It's not like the story is ahead of its time, but it's just sad that the story still rings true today. Soren's speech applies to so much of what's happening today whether it's climate change, racism, or even war. Doesn't affect me, tough shit for those people.
