Today:
- The first Dutch baby died of COVID, although it had other health issues too
- Our government regrets their mistakes with the vaccination strategy
- Health Minister calls making mistakes "part of the job" won't resign as of yet
- Hospitals sued the government for refusing to fund additional ICU beds
- Lockdown has no 'measurable' effect as of yet, cases above 10k again
- PM Rutte agrees with opposition leader Wilders that every jab counts and the sooner we start vaccinating the better
but he doesn't share the view that delaying vaccination by 2 weeks has or will ultimately lead to more deaths
- PM is not hopeful that lockdown can be lifted after January 19th
EU has nearly closed a deal for another 300 million Pfzier vaccines. 
Would bring the total EU order from Pfizer to 600 million.

Can't blame them if all we do is keep them on storage. By now we have 300k vaccines waiting for use.
Tommorow the first vaccine will be administered to a nursing home worker.
