If you think that you are being called a racist because you simply don’t like Ms. Marvel, you have missed the point of the thread and I highly recommend you re-read it.

“I haven’t seen racist comments though?” Because they are either automatically flagged and removed or manually removed before they are seen. They exist, believe me. And it is to a point that I felt it necessary to remind people to not be assholes.

After a shower, I tie a towel around my waist and go back to my bedroom. I fetch the dirty clothes once i'm dressed. When I got back to my room, I got distracted by my dog so I took a bit longer than usual. When I went back to the bathroom to grab my dirty clothes, the door was closed. I assumed it was my wife so I said "it's me" and walked in (we normally do this with each other). Turns out it was my daughter, and she was sitting on the bathroom floor with my boxers pressed against her face and her hand down her pants. She froze. I wasn't thinking very clearly since I was surprised to see my daughter and not my wife, so I quickly just snatched up my clothes and went back to my room. I haven't seen my daughter since then. She just stayed in her room. I haven't told my wife yet, I'm worried she'll question why I entered the bathroom. I don't want more drama. But how should I approach my daughter about this? I'm not particularly concerned with her actions (I'm a bit flattered honestly) but I don't really want to encourage this... and I also feel terrible that I violated her privacy, even if she wasn't naked. The privacy aspect kind of undermines my authority here. Oh, I should mention she's 12. So what should I do? Do I need to reprimand/discipline her for this? Or just ignore it and apologize for what I did?

Honestly her ban was a huge abuse of power by Pork. None of the userbase here wanted her gone; it was purely a personal decision by a single mod because she annoyed him in particular. That's not really the way power should be exercised here. Moderation should represent the community consensus with a solid majority required for removal.

I mean... Yes, but also no. She annoying as shit, but Cream v2.0 was a little more mellow. If she mellowed the fuck out and stopped trying to "educate" folks and making threads about her, she'd have been fine.

But I don't disagree that her ban (pre-Bork doing moderation™) wasn't because Bork got a bug up his ass (Cream being the bug) and decided to ban her.
