I don't deny that sometimes the best move is to move on to greener pastures but a lot of this kind of attitude reads as spur of the moment FUCK THIS with no fallback plan
burning a bridge unprofessionally means you don't dare list them on your resume
if the job was long hours for low pay you probably don't have a lot in the bank as a buffer, and you learn how difficult it can be to find a good job
reminds me of all the people cutting family out of their lives over politics, who also can't recognize the value of people you can rely on for help in a pinch
