I don't think arabs actually cheat more often. From what I've seen, a lot of girls that come from sheltered/westernized backgrounds tend to fetishize arab dudes and are SUPER gullible if you want to make up any weird cultural practice. For instance, how you have to wear the wedding ring of an ex-fiance out of respect for your parents when the reality is that engagements in middle-east communities break up at the drop of a hat.
