I don't think I do, I've just had a lifetime of terrible sleeping. Since I was 4-5ish. I also had about a 8 year stretch of having sleep paralysis literally every time I slept, multiple times a night as I'd have it again every time I woke up, which has always been multiple times a night. If it wasn't that it was severe insomnia. Now my sleep schedule is something like: Take sleeping pills, still lay in bed an hour AFTER they've kicked in, wake up every 40 minutes all night long, get up for good an hour to sometimes 2 hours before my alarm is set, feel like I've been in a car wreck. Somewhere between 3 and 4 I usually wake up sweating no matter how cool it is in my room but then afterwards I'm freezing.
