I'm old enough to remember when Myst was detested by the hardcore gamers of its day because it was considered so much bullshit and moved away from core games and even core elements of traditional adventure games of its time.

That being said I agree. Let's drop Hard Rain talk in this thread and leave it for the actual thread on the gaming side.

I'm not really juniored. It's just a tag thing (similar to Drinky's banned tag). Which I earned by shit-talking some nobody bitch-ass junior member in some thread a few months ago.

Still, I've never been banned in 8 years on GAF, in spite of all the shit I've disturbed, so no sense in drawing up protest placards on my account.

The day I'm actually banned or junior-membered is the day that I become EB-exclusive, I think. I'm not one to bitch excessively about how GAF has changed, but I admit things are different now. I'm really only there for the MMA discussion, the breadth of the news topics posted, and the self-righteous anger of police-oriented threads.

I appreciate the sentiment of support though.

oh my bad htought it was party, it still is different than what the PS3 is trying to sell though, in that this is cross game chat that you can use while you play online with your friends, which is the same as 360 if you want to play online and talk to people, a fee.
