Though you have to realize that the only reason they do these outbursts is because EB is plutoed there. Did EB do anything to start that cycle?

Evilbore got banned because when it first started, certain people (SHAKE), spammed the forum with evilbore links. Evilore at that point didn't even bother to go to the site. He figured it was just something making fun of him. Later that day I'm sure someone told him it was a forum, though, and he figured it was just another OA, which is basically what it is. So it got the OA treatment.
And then EB people have tried on several times to solicit gaf more, something that OA doesn't even try to do anymore. That in a nutshell is why its on the shitlist.
I permabanned shake the first chance I got though :p Everyone else I've just given temp bans to.
