not that great, but the Sixaxis d-pad is a bit better than the Dual Shock 2's was

it's possible to get PS3 arcade sticks though, or just some PS2 to USB adapter (which I'll use for my Hori PS2 stick)

All reviews are overwhelmingly positive so far. Well, some are lukewarm but it's because they're done by ignorant reviewers who know jack about the genre.

VF games always get good reviews, but I haven't had fun playing one since 2. I think it lost its appeal to non-hardcore fighting fans when it started buying into its own hype about its depth.
