Exactly. The fake sugar etc is a lot worse than real sugar. Fake sodas are so unsatisfying that it makes your cravings go nuts. Switch to sweet tea or something for more natural intake of caffeine. Also try to get rid of all processed foods, not meat. Get as much protein as you can, more muscle = more calories burnt at all times of the day.

And of course once you've got the weight you really need to get some cardio. You won't see satisfying results just by switching your diet.

I used to think so, but kraft has a newish 'olive oil' mayo that is as "good for you" as light mayo, and doesn't taste like it.
