IMA SURFIN ON A FIGHTAH JET.
My oh my, Die Hard 4 was fucking exhausting. Die Hard was great because it felt like an action movie that could have happened. Die Hard 4 has Bruce Willis precognitively mapping a secret power station in order to figure out where best to drive an SUV through it and then surfing on a fighter jet. Jesus christ. It was too much, man. And the end was a serious anti-climactic letdown.

I thought him shooting himself was pretty badass. Too bad they fucking dubbed out the end of the line.

It was anticlimactic because the villain never really was a believable threat to McClane. He sucked.
Yeah, but he could have at least beat him up. It was like "Oh yeah, we forgot to make McClane vulnerable, quick, write a scene where he gets hurt". Also, there wasn't a single character in the whole film who couldn't be summed in one sentence. The best anaology I can think of is that it's like playing a game in God Mode. At first it's a total rush and then it's just boring. It lacked tension
