i played it already and it was the biggest waste of time ever
what a boring game
Too late. Just got rid of it 2 days ago.
I have it on the Gamecube. Fuck this thread.
I would partake in this thread if I wasn't just starting Phantom Hourglass.
Does the game get less boring after the first few hours?

You should ditch PH and play TP first instead. PH is garbage.
It has the slowest start of any Zelda, thanks to those shitty tears of light quests, but it really picks up after the third temple (I loved the 3rd temple btw).

What makes you angry about the last part? Other than a pretty easy last boss(es), the atmosphere and music was totally badass. Awesome final segment, the best next to the Wind Waker's.
Ah, see, spoiler (click to show/hide)I thought both thw Twilight Realm and Hyrule Castle, while short, were like the two best showcases of each half of the world of TP. I enjoyed Hyrule Castle a ton.[close]
Am I the only person who actually really really liked this game? I mean, I'm used to slow-as-balls starts from playing so many RPGs, some of the dungeons were excellent (2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 in particular), and it wasn't burdened by the technology like OOT or MM were.
My main disappointment with the game is that the sense of dread and foreboding that carried the first third of the game (the Twilight Realm encroaching on Hyrule Kingdom) just seemed to stop, and the whole fucked up anime style storyline took a backseat after the 4th dungeon.

At that point in the game, I just wanted it to end. I guess it's a problem with me, though. I am one of those people that likes their games to be short (under ~20 hours). I am sure I would've liked the game if I played it in two different sittings (separated by a month or two) instead of trying to finish it within a week. Then again, I might have gotten sick of the 3D Zelda formula at that point in time.[close]
how can you hate the temple of time? tiny magic robots :bow :bow armogohma :bow :bow
also, the game is stupidly easy -- easier than wind waker or even okami. i didn't die once, and i completed the game with 4 heart containers missing.
