They were, but the end of season 3 also had the 2-part zzzzzer The Gang Gets Whacked, making them never totally consistent.

Also, the total lack of Sweet Dee in the second episode is perplexing. Was it because of her back injury?

I did enjoy the Greenman cameo, sexy Rex, and Drunk Charlie, but very underwhelming after that classic episode last week.

However, Mac's dad is returning next week to avenge his incarceration! Looking forward to that.

The way they setup reoccurring characters is great. There's some great continuity in this show. I made a joke prior to the season that either Mac or Dee would bang The Waitress - inevitably every one of them, including Frank, will have banged her except Charlie.

Everything felt undeveloped, and honestly, generally unfunny. Other than some outrageous comments, like the bleached asshole one, it was pretty dry, and ended with a drawn out poop-take on the old murder in the room scene. Which is something the show has seen far too much of over the past seasons, these references to (often pop-)cultural staples. The characters were in the first two seasons (or maybe just the first and the first half of the second season) sort of believable, who got into their situations because they were genuine douchebags. Now, it's more about slapstick and outrageous content. If that's how the series is going to "evolve" then that's a shame. I've never seen a show change this fast before.

I have no idea. For the Shield, there's like 3 "groups" that do releases within like 2 hours of the show airing, but it still took like a day and a half. Maybe eztv is the only one that actually does the rips, and the other torrents are just clones with their names attached. I can't think of any other reason this would happen.
