I just finished it. The ending was absolutely

terrible. Just like Assassin's Creed, the final stage involves you running down a trough fighting shitloads of enemies that they throw at you. There are multiple endings, and in both you commit suicide. I thought there might be some sort of moral choice where you could opt to take the coward's way out instead and doom the country.
Maybe the ending changes if you give all of the Jackal's audio logs to the journalist, but I'm not on a collectathon here.
Annoying shit:
-- The number of times you can shoot a shirtless man in the face before he falls over is staggering
-- Your gun seems to jam way more at the ending, but maybe that's because you fight 100x the dudes
-- Jeeps tend to get stuck way too often
Anyway, it was pretty good for 19 of the 20 hours, so there ya go.

It wouldn't surprise me if that isn't the "canon" ending. Didn't Prince of Persia have two endings, spoiler (click to show/hide)
one was sad and lame and the "real" ending, the one they carried forward to The Two Thrones was only shown if you got every single hidden upgrade...?
