Gee another shitty Zelda thread
there are zelda games on the ds?
oh boy, time to go to gamestop!
Phantom Hourglass was a lot of fun. Pansies complaining about the central dungeon way too much, as if it didn't have shortcuts built into it for revisits.
SantaC makes another bland trite topic.
Yes, but it's also a beaten question... but it made me put the GB games on my DS card... so it proved useful
PH had some damn nice controls but that's it. Clearly the games aren't meant for much outside of disposable entertainment for children. They could have done something very fun with those controls as the foundation.
The DS could spawn some pretty cool dungeon lootin' games but oh well

Last portable Zelda game I played was the first one--LA. I some how missed the Oracle games and the Mimish cap. The Wind Waker sequels just never interested me.

Because Capcom stopped making the handheld Zeldas.
Oracle was actually tough. Zelda bosses in general aren't particularly hard, but Oracles compensates by not holding your hand as much as other Zelda games with the puzzles and gameplay gimmick (seasons/time).

Not entirely true - most of the staff from the Capcom games are now apart of the Zelda team as a whole.
