I love how Pitchfork has all these indie hipster bands in their poll and then they have fucking Beyonce and Drake in there  :lol

I heard that arabMUZIK group is basically slowed-down 90's epic trance, I do want to check them out sometime. I heard Bon Iver on Colbert Report one day and they were horrible, RA top 50 tracks is much more my stylee than Pitchfork I guess.

i haven't heard any of their earlier stuff. apparently this one is quite different but it's great.
produced by d. lissivik of swedish duo studio (wish they would release something new) so it's pretty sunny and the bottom end is gorgeous.

Weekend At Burnies is definitely good, but Covert Coup is on another level to me. It's up there with Pilot Talk as one of Spitta's  best imo :bow

Speaking of guilty pleasures, I loved the new Strokes album.  It was universally derided, I believe, but I think it's a really fantastic "bad" album.
