Mupepe would be so proud. I just left my first churrasco.
:dead
Holy fuck balls. It was so good. SO GOOD. Meat on sticks everywhere. The restaurant just opened and is one of the closest restaurants to my house now. My body is doomed. My husband is my designated driver because I am too food-drunk to be behind the wheel right now.
:whew
Awwwww snap!! I told you like 2 years ago that churrascarias are the shiznit! Woot. Did they have the cheese bread??
fogo de chao is good but overpriced as fuck. Luckily these fucking restaurants are all over Houston. They're usually better than fogo de chao and like 2/3 the price or less.
i can do all-you-can-eat churrasco for lunch and then again for dinner, just skip the carbs and it ain't no thangyep. I only get meats and veggies so its pretty much an average day for me (just tastes better).
aw shit! She's got good genes!! She's tasted the carne and she's never going back to peas and crap!Awwwww snap!! I told you like 2 years ago that churrascarias are the shiznit! Woot. Did they have the cheese bread??

Omg I know! 2 bites into my salad I remembered your wise words to stick with the meat. Thank god because I was still miserable. But I did try the cheese bread and these tiny cheese filled rolls. Omg soo good but I only had a bite of each.
$20.99 for dinner! So cheap for all you can eat deliciousness, plus a good night's sleep.
The baby had her first steak and she's in love. I was shredding tiny bites for her on her placemat, and she was pushing my hand out of the way to look for fresh bites. Thank god it was so loud in there because she would squeal with happiness. GIMME THEM BITES MOM!!!! She's a total fatty friend already, despite being so skinny. She ate and ate and ate, and then I look over and she was sitting back in her seat and had found her pacifier and looked content and exhausted. She was asleep by the time we got out of the parking lot lol She's still asleep!
We're going to Cheeburger Cheeburger tonight with some friends.
Not sure about Cheeburger Cheeburger yet. This will be our first time :) I hope it's more like Smashburger than Five Guys, but I have no clue what to expect.
Smashburger is my favorite chain burger by far. We have a few local places that are similar where you can get Mac&cheese on the burger and shit. Plus I work in the middle of locally-owned restaurant Mecca so we're always going to these little bars for amazing burgers. Blows Five Guys out of the water.
Went to this place in San Jose or Sunnyvale called Patxi's and had way too much deep dish pizza followed by trampoline dodgeball, nobody threw up. Going back to school now and need to buy some groceries. What are good instant meals that you can make with a toaster oven or microwave?got a trader Joes close to you? Lots of awesome frozen meals there

Just ate some Kibbeling.

I want to try raw chicken so bad! I hear it's amazing! There's actually a place in Berkeley, Ippuku, that makes a chicken tartare but I hear it's pretty expensive.
Fat.

Caramel praline pancakes (with some kind of southwest breakfast quesadilla in the background).
Got a little too wild yesterday, gonna have to re-up on Reese's pieces and fruit roll-ups.[IMG]http://i37.tinypic.com/k4js5u.jpg[/img

I don't get how people can eat these big breakfasts, like one of those pancakes would fill me up.
We have a gas stove, which creates dead spots in the center of pans. There's also buying a thicker pan, which will distribute heat more evenly. My family grew up using a pancake griddle to marvelous effect.
Then again any fool knows you can simply move the pan around so it heats equally
fuck yeah
Could I get grandmas recipe too?PM'd. Don't let Cormacaroni see you with it, or he'll kick you out of the Fitness Thread. :lol

ME TOO! :hyper
Got treated to some Texas BBQ tonight, probably the best I've ever had. The highlight was beef short ribs. Amazing flavor and texture considering the rub was just salt and pepper
Baby ate pretty much everything and was in love. Although we have yet to find a food she doesn't like.... lol she's a skinny foodie.

Only thing my kiddo isn't a fan of is eggs. Doesn't matter how you cook 'em up, she just doesn't like them.
Gordon Ramsay is such a massive cunt.
He's well known to be a bully and coward, and I've heard from several people that he's massively unpleasant unless you have something he wants ie a huge cock or cheap truffles.
He's also bisexual.
I can't talk now. But I think you have a pretty strange world view of 'people'. Either that, or you're an extremely passive individual.
Gordon Ramsey reminds me alot of Bobby Flay. He has a TV show where he randomly walks in to a small town restaurant and challenges the owner to cook something better than him. Then when the restaurant owner loses, he laughs in his face, and that's the show. It's pretty brutal.
I find it easier to reconcile my hatred of Ramsay when faced with such insolent simplicity laced posts such as yours Flamengo.I can't talk now. But I think you have a pretty strange world view of 'people'. Either that, or you're an extremely passive individual.
and i think you are still in school if you think self-promoting people like gordon ramsey (or anyone in a professional position) don't mostly form relationships based around what they get out of it. The only difference is whether they smooth it over by being friendly or not.
And that extrapolates to my entire worldview of "people" how? edit: and i guess I'll ask about the passivity comment too.
Chicken casserole I made :)

Can't say I'm a fan of blood sausage... I don't like how they have so much filler (rice, bread, oatmeal..etc). Like I realize it needs something to give it some stability but I'd rather just have the blood straight up.
i got some creme fraiche (i can't not say it like Randy Marsh) at Trader Joe's today. Put it on some of those chocolate lava cakes and...yuck. it's not sour cream, not greek yogurt, not cream cheese, but it's all 3 combined somehow.
did i use it wrong?
Crème fraîche is used both hot and cold in French cuisine. It is often used to finish hot savory sauces; with fat content > 30%, curdling is not a problem.[1]. It is also the basis of many desserts and dessert sauces.

That's pretty hardcore, I prefer white pudding to black but I'm slowly getting used to it. A year ago I always skipped the pudding but one day I forgot to mention it while ordering and when it showed up I decided to give it another go. It was so full of spices and tasted very good. Ever since I've been making it a habbit of always eating or trying some.
I like the texture and the oats and stuff :)
Do you eat liver?
:yuck
Even reading that sentence made me queasy.
ugh cilantro-haters UGH
Says the guy that doesn't like steak. ::)
Eggs, bacon, and cheddar.

You made that?
Eggs came out nice
Eschaton's first try at Bibimbap. It was pretty good, but no pickled vegetables hurt the taste a little bit (just soaked em in some vinegar for an hour before), and I def. needed more meat. I also need to figure out how these bowls work because my rice wasnt crunchy enough.

Being on a low carb diet makes this the perfect opportunity to go to a Brazilian rodizio!

Who would bother to steal the identities of shop n save shoppers
I'm not about to bag my own groceries. :yuck (:usacry)
Now that this kid eats real food, we've been doing most of our shopping at the Town & Country Whole Foods. I'm too good for the Brentwood Whole Foods, despite it being far more convenient. I'm not some kind of peasant or something.spoiler (click to show/hide)Went to Trader Joe's today though :mynicca[close]
No pics, but I made barbecue chicken, potato salad, corn on the cobs and baked beans tonight
:mouf
I see Oysters, Mussels... Ray Wing? Some mackerel too I think.
