There was a near 4-day stretch after AVATAR's release where I could swear that he had forgone sleep in order to verbally thrash Wilco/Ichirou/Patel for having negative things to say about Cameron's film. It was a thread-consuming vortex of misguided venom and rage that only ended, I believe, because Wilco gave GS a 7-day ban so he could cool off. And it was all for the film AVATAR. AVATAR. It was without a doubt one of the most entertaining weeks in this forums history. Too bad so many of those posts got deleted.

Ichirou was just as bad, too. I PMed both of them trying to talk them down, and generally got the same response: "You don't understand, he stepped over a line with his last post. I can't let him do that!"

I think the peak of that feud was when they shat up a thread on the Israel/Palestine conflict, inadvertently providing a metaphor for the topic in the process.

Also I think you're all swell.
