Title: This can't go on any longer
Post by: Great Rumbler on August 02, 2020, 11:26:06 PM: Because right now, and I'm aware this isn't something a lot of people want to hear, but our staff team is wearing thin. Most of us are exhausted, mentally, emotionally, simply because this job, in essence just is. We are often confronted to the worse this forum has to offer, on a daily basis, and it takes a toll on us all sooner or later.

I did content moderation for the Nintex Administration for eighteen months. By the end of my tenure, I barely ate. I barely slept. I had hallucinations.
