Preferably available from audible.com, but if they are available elsewhere online, and playable on iPod, they will do.
Please, get to it or I will Killdozer evilbore.

coincidentally, tvc here is the dude who got me hooked on reading perez-reverte last year.

I've already read The Club Dumas. What's the next most worthwhile one?
-
I liked The Fencing Master and The Seville Communion.

They don't have it but I also suggest reading the Flanders Panel because it has Perez-Reverte's best character to date.
I'm just going to grab one right now. The Fencing Master should be it?
I'm not sold on doing fiction via audiobook, but I want to give it a chance. I've been listening to The God Delusion in audiobook and it is absolutely great. Dawkins and his wife narrate it and they do an awesome job. I want Dawkins to fuck me like a grandpa.

OOoooOo great thread. I'll probably load one up on my Shuffle :D

Audiobooks...you little bitch.... stop messing around and get your dystopiamania on you are our hacker extraordinaire... :( .

I think some author's word choice and sentence structure is uniquely suited to being heard, but the thing is the choice of reader is as important as the actual text escpecially if the novel is dialogue heavy. I heard one that my in-laws listened to that made every speaker, regardless of gender or age, sound like a homosexual Irish teenager. :(
I kind of want to hear a Cormac McCarthy book read. They would sound awesome with like, Charlton Heston reading.
And Warcock you cigarillo, you said no games until Wednesday. Go fap to demi, your new hot wop.
