Gamefaqs forums are lame looking too, and the site moves kinda slow. I like software where you can use avatars, and sigs, and skins. Gamefaqs forums are not the worse too, but it looks kinda weird and again the site kinda moves so.

But yea gamefaqs is better then ign. I only visit for reviews, because they have the best. But i dont see why you have to pay to use thier forum, thats weird. Kinda like gamespy which i use all the time for online gaming, its the best gaming server around, but paying for it, the features you get are not worth it.

Every thread turns into a console/sales-war. The only 'bad' board on gamefaqs is NGG, and anybody who spent more than 10 minutes on that board could easily tell it's all a big joke that everyone is playing along.

3dgamers = Best for demos, patches, tools, and a cool but kinda active forum.
Gamespy arcade = OMGZ, the best multiplayer sever in the world
Fileplanet/forum = I never download anything from fileplant, but thier forum is ok. They need to swtich to VB or IF fast tho.

Thats pretty it. I also have a profile over at 1up, and filefront and i post on filefront forum and 1up forum.

Well, you didn't say you hate some parts about EB, you went on a rant about how Evilbore sucks and how everyone who posts here is an elitist, snobby distinguished mentally-challenged fellow. And you've said it repeatedly, so, I dunno...why would you hang out here if you hate it so much? The weird thing is that I've never seen anybody here take a slam at you...I could see why someone like the BK kid would have issues with the people here, but it basically sounds like you're saying all that stuff just to cause an impression in Mupepe's forum more than anything else.

I searched specific information about certain games that GAF had which led me to discussions happening in 2004 and 2005, and the flow of discussion was surprisingly different and relaxed then

the amount of traffic that the board garnered during the months preceding next-gen and its dawn simply killed it and made it unreadable

The board is bad, there's no arguing that. Worse than GameFAQs, that's up for debate. GameFAQs has a much wider variety of communities than GAF.
