Well I AM against reparations for the period of slavery that took place. No one alive back then currently exists which makes it more of a tit-for-tat situation.

I fully support affirmative action type scenarios because they actively deal with the racism and forms of passive oppression that take place in the NOW.

but thats not going to happen because racism still exists.  AA is a counter measure to the current racism and I get that it does work but I think eventually it will just drive racism because it is creating inequality.  Really I think only time will make racism better and even then it will never go away.
