I think it looks pretty great... the aesthetic reminds me of a cross between classic Contra and IREM/Nazca 2-D (that last bit may mostly be due to some of the color choices used, like the aqua for the water). But I've got some hesitations, namely how the break between the screens comes into play (I fucked up in YIDS more often than not due to the gap, and also because some levels in that game were designed pretty poorly), and will 4 player co-op be just a tad TOO chaotic?
