Tonight's episode was the one where Crocket's past catches up to him and costs him his girlfriend, who turns out was 7 months pregnant. Such a classic episode!

Skip everything past Season 1. S2 is still pretty good, but S3-S5 the show becomes absolute shit. They tried to go darker, and even delved into some weird supernatural shit. The show jumped the shark relatively early.

Still, Season 1 is one of the best seasons of a TV show ever. Great times.

There are still some good episodes in the later seasons, though, right? I mean, the clip I posted was from season 4.

There was also another episode the other night. It was an episode that starred Bruce Willis. Bruce Willis' character kicked his wife's ass over and over, and they had him under surveillance. Tubbs went undercover. The end of the episode saw Bruce's character get off scott free, and his wife killing his ass. What season was that from because I thought it was great.

I don't know if I can actually get just seasons 1 and 2. It wouldn't feel like a good conclusion.

If you like shitty TV and Crockett with a mullet, then by all means, get S3-S5. If you like great 80's TV, with Vice at the top of its game, and cool ass mofo Crockett, stick to S2 and S1.

miami vice is actually one of the few series that didn't age like shit. it's certainly wathable compared to the a-team for instance.
