Foc seems to think Islam is the monolithic institution that can be controlled by a single mufti or clerk. Also what's this shit about, 'Oh the majority should say they don't condone violence perpertrated by radicals'. Well ah FOC, they do through various Islamic Councils etc it's just that they're usually buried due to 1000 other things happening that day.

Then why should overseas Muslims care about what happens in the USA and make the universal statement you want them to make then?
