I don't understand that at all.

I can get plastic surgery if the kid has a terrible, terrible nose, or some obvious deformity. But breast implants are just a thing of vanity. You can wear a good bra or differently cut shirts to look like you have boobs if you try--if your nose is ugly, you can't hide that. I just don't get it.
