Godzilla Final Wars is pure awesome camp in tribute form with high production values. Not the BEST Godzilla film, but definately one of my favorites. Most of it is so absurd you cant help but like it.

Actually id also like to recommend Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla and Tokyo S.O.S. Quality flicks:

(cool scenes, wait for them to load)

Its a terrible movie, but its awesome-terrible.

Its a surreal(not on purpose), tonal rollercoaster of an movie with some really cool action scenes and lots of very bad music and somehow worse acting.  Mike Haggar gives an performance so bad it becomes magnificent.

For legitimately well made giant monster films, listen to MAF, and also watch the Gamera trilogy from the 90's.
