seriously, though, house of the dead is probably the best skewering of in-game cinematic direction ever put to film -- uwe boll steals the janky over-the-top camera movement and effects abuse that typifies just about EVERY video game cutscene EVER, and really demonstrates for the record how awful non-interactive scene direction *is* in your average videogame. the only sad thing is that if this film had ryuhei kitamura's name in the director's credit and not boll's, solid snake and the gaf japafag brigade would have somehow called this movie a brilliant satire and not crap.
