My favorite was both this and Assassin's Creed.  The latter looked fucking incredible.  Beating up on helpless beggers in Jerusalem= :bow

Assasssin's Creed looked amazing, but the fighting system seemed pretty damn awkward.

COD4 wins the conference, easily.

Well, before 4, it's always been a game about World War 2.  Honestly, just know that Call of Duty 1 and 2 have some of the best fire-fights in any fast-paced FPS with easy controls and great multiplayer.  3 was pretty boring just because IW didn't make it, but it's changed with 4.

You'd be fine by just starting at 4, to be honest.  You can probably find 2 somewhere for dirt cheap for your 360.  It's still awesome.

My excitement for AC went WAY down tonight. Janky framerate, awkward combat. Nothing exciting at all.

CoD4 on the other hand looks hot.

Seeing a populated Jerusalem that felt "right" gave my bearded man tastes QUITE THE STIFFY, if you know what I mean.

The gameplay did look off, though. I might just resort to the M2:Total War  expansion for my historical fix from that era this fall.

I didn't like the focus on stealth. I like the CoD 2 Rambo take on 10 MUTHAFUCKERS at a time style personally. I really hope the stealth mission are few and far between.
