This actually seems really cool, a sandbox game but with a better premise, some sort of free-roaming version of Psy-Ops

I don't thinks it has anything to do with psy-ops, that just sounds distinguished mentally-challenged.  The game looks like it would be really good though.  The way you can bulid up your character and choose your story from being a mortal to whatever.

MAF, what? I even tend to forget which system hosts this game :lol

it just looks like Sucker Punch is building up an interesting premise, that's all... besides I've made plenty of cynicism-free threads about Xbox 360 exclusives too, so what's your point  ???

This looked REALLY early, but I have a good feeling.  The first two Sly games are great (let's not mention the third), and Sucker Punch really has an appreciation for comics (you can frequently find Sucker Punch employees at a certain comic book store in Seattle).  This is a case of the right people making the right game.

Just think, this is being made in some high-rise building in downtown Bellevue right now. At least that city is good for something.

More importantly, Valve is in Bellevue.

I thought they were in Redmond?

Nope. They are like a block away from Bellevue Square.

Was the 3rd game really that bad?  How were the stages which you can play with the 3d glasses?  I've always wanted to try that.

I didn't play with the glasses.  Actually, I only spent a day with the third game.  Although it still had levels, the game focused more on mini-game-y vignettes. It took a lot out of the game for me.

Why not?  That was the most interesting thing about the game.

What?  The 3d glasses thing?  I have mild depth perception problems and that sort of thing gives me headaches.

Did you ever try those fancy 3D glasses for the PC? I got a pair of them with a videocard.  I never got around to trying them and now I can't use them because they supposedly don't work with LCDs.  Some people told me they were more awesome than anything they've experienced.
