I actually beat this game, it wasn't horrible, it was certainly better than Jade Empire! Too hack-slashy, too easy, stupid storyline, and there weren't really many consequences for your actions.

Whisper is one of the only black chicks in video game history methinks. Her and Elena, and maybe some others.

I gave up on this game. I was doing the quest where you had to sneak into the thief's camp, and I did the boast where I wouldn't kill any guards. The thing is, I didn't anticipate how awful and cheap the AI was going to be. I would be hiding in a completely out of the way area, and it never failed but the guards would zero in on the exact spot I was in and catch me and I'd have to do it all over again. I got pissed and just killed them all eventually.

Then I was doing this quest where you go into a hobbes cave to rescue a boy. And good lord, the enemies perpetually spawn in this area so fast that for every one I killed two more would show up. And I can kill them in two or three hits. I was doing fine until I got the boy and had to lead him out. I thought I was doing fine until I got to a section where about halfway through a tunnel I realized that the boy had stopped following me fore some reason. This was fine because they were all swarming on me so he was out of danger. Then I noticed on the map one lone red dot heading toward the boy. I fought my way out of the mob but before I could get to the boy he had died IN ONE HIT. FUCK THAT.

I'm half tempted to put this game back in after hearing that you can kill Whisper. What about Maze, can you kill him too?

Had a blast with the game back when it came out on Xbox. Just ordered the Lost Chapters version off Ebay this week. Not a perfect game by any means but definitely a refreshing change of pace for the genre.
