Bug's Life is pretty good, but I'm still partial to the first Toy Story and Incredibles.

The Incredibles by a very large margin. Although, I tend to find Pixar on the whole gets way too much of an internet rimjob.

Toy Story 2 > Ratatouille > Toy Story 1 > The Incredibles > A Bug's Life > Monster's Inc
