I asked for them the delete my account, and they thought a week ban for me to "think about it" was a better idea, so I said fine.

Edit: I'm not the type to walk away from an argument (I'm not up to corny levels but it's close) and I was getting sucked into nonsense, so me being removed takes away my wanton need to argue with idiots about stupid shit.
