"We have found Epic to be an extraordinary partner and the UE3 engine to be exceptional. Epic has always been very supportive of our efforts and their technology has been instrumental in allowing our company to develop high quality products. A good example of the engine's flexibility can be seen in our upcoming XBLA game, Undertow, which features Live multiplayer for up to 16 players with co-op and a complete single player campaign in just 50mb."

Now, I will say one thing about the guys at Chair:  at least Advent Rising came out.  That's probably not a good thing, but it did release!
