Insert witty post or lolz, but at least tell me why you like - or liked - this game, before I flip it on eBay.

I'm supposed to deliver a message to the light elves. But instead I find myself fighting wolves... bats.. bison? Not to mention this mind-numbing battle system. Does it suddenly get better? The off-beat humor and light-hearted music are nice, and the graphics are clean, but the battle system is just too AGH. It's like Star Ocean without the smoothness. Everything is so jittery.

It was a bit dumb, but some of the boss battles are really memorable. Get some less sucky people in your party already.
