Now hopefully someone here may have an idea of what it may be exactly, seeing as how I want to help her.

She and her fiancee have moved into an apt next door and they come over and hang out and stuff, however his fiancee has been having some moody problems. I should start by saying that this girl is really nice and pretty, and is a pretty hard worker she likes to cook, clean etc. but she doesn't have very many friends and of the friends she does have, they're all guys, she doesn't have any girlfriends.

Even when she was in HS she didn't, she said the last good girlfriend she had was when she was a kid. She doesn't even have any extra curricular activity's, 90% of the time she is with her fiancee, and even though he and I have tried to introduce her to other girlfriends she doesn't really get a long with them and she doesn't really try to make a friendship with them.

The closest things to friends she's really had was when she played Runescape a lot, which just happens to be where she and him met.

She and he are both 18, and she grew up with 3 brothers and 1 sister who is a year younger than her, but she doesn't even really get along with her, she does get along with her parents from what I've been told.

She moved to Oklahoma from Utah but he said that she was like that there to. She doesn't have a drivers license either.

Another thing is that her fiancee likes to go over to his friends house and play the guitar with him and he even asks her to come along but she doesn't and she just gets really upset and moody when he leaves to go hang out with his friend which isn't really often anyway, just about 4 times a month, and if he's not with him he's with her.

They both work at wal-mart from 10 PM to 7 AM and she does seem to get a lot better when she's working, and he and I both think if she were to get some girlfriends and an extra curricular activity she'd be better, but despite our efforts she won't cooperate. He told me that when he suggested to her she may have a depression problem she got really offended by it saying "I don't have any problems, and I am not going to take any drugs!".

I know there are many forms of depression, but anyone have an idea what this could be?

She's 18, she's engaged and living with her boyfriend while working a minimum wage job.  She has few prospects and her future looks incredibly bleak.  That's why she's depressed.

That said, it's not really your business (it sounds like you just met her recently), so you should just stay out of it, IMO.
