I can't play HD videos,help please.

I don't know why I can't play HD stuff,either the sound is messed up or the video plays terribly.What can I do to remedy this problem? I wanna watch Blu-Ray Paprika!

Hmmm....What type of CPU specifications would I need to be able to play Blu-Ray Paprika and other various HD entertainment?
