Many women with weight issues compensate by being "looser" than they normally would be. A friend jokingly told me they don't give oral sex because they want to, they give it because they have to.

Personally I have no problem with women who are considered "thick", but that's different than having a weight problem. There have been more than a couple instances where I've been approached by overweight women, who also seem to gravitate towards skinny guys for some reason.
