I got dicked over so many times on the road today I almost flipped. I almost wanted to drive my car straight into the car of the oblivious bastards that cut me off. Im normally fine with it but the entire drive today was people fucking me over or driving goddamn stupid. Then I walked into a goddamn spiderweb this morning. Thats a fucking awesome way to start the goddamned day jesus christ almighty. I shoulda fuck stayed home.

You got that right.

The only example people need for this is celebrities, and famous people. Half of them have more money than all of us will ever have, and yet most of them seem to lead quite miserable little lives. Multiple divorces, arrests, drug addictions, emo riddled Barbara Walters interviews, etc,.,etc..

I can even give myself as an example. Not to say I'm an unhappy person really, but in the past few years my wife and I have raised our household income to around 95,000 a year. We just bought two new cars, and a beautiful new house late last year. We're no happier now than we were a few years ago. We're generally content people, but we're still just as capable as anyone of having a bad day, getting in stupid arguments, dealing with annoying problems life thows at you, and worrying about money.

Yeah, that's a plus. The problem is that the Seattle housing market is starting to warm up again, and houses aren't staying on the market for as long. By the time we look at something and fall in love with it, someone else already bought it.

try living in the silicon valley... 2BR/2BA townhomes (10 years old) in my area go for 600k+ -- and those are being eaten up. don't know where these assholes get all the money. they must all work at google or something.

We're trying to stay at $475k or lower, and there are houses out there, it's just that people get to them before us!! First thing I do every morning is check the real estate listing online, even though our realtors are doing it too.

I had a totally awesome day today. I got my glasses, there rectangular and like metallic green (I really wanted doctor who style glasses but they looked like shit on me couse of my big ass sideburns). Also while picking up the stone for my fountain, the guy was super nice and let me have like 50 pieces of good sized scraps of marble and grannet, so now I have that to play with.
