Season three had some stinkers, but, overall, was still amost as good as season two.

Season 3 of the Office (US) is pretty indefensible. I quit after the Christmas episode because it just became a celebration of the worst parts of season 2, and from what I gather, the second half was even worse in this regard.

The end of season 2 was great. The whole thing played out pretty accurate to how it probably would in reality. At the same time, that's where it should have ended it. Yes, it played out accurately, but it was also played out played out. And they kept picking at the scab in season 3 trying to make lightning strike twice.

Yeah, it did play out realistically when the first epsiode of season 3 picked up. I can totally relate to it too. And I could already see what they were doing and from what I've heard about the second half of the season, they just bounce their relationship like a yo yo teasing the audience. Which is pretty obnoxious. They should either just get together or stop fucking around.

P.S. I've cried while watching the office before.

No, because it's a TV show.

But it doesn't make any sense! I forget how season 1 started, but:

1) Why would a doc crew stay along so long?
2) Why would the doc crew follow an employee when he transfers to a branch office? What the fuck is their mission statement?

It's going to get even sillier as NBC rides this show until its corpse is even more emaciated than it is now. I have little doubt that in 7 years, I will be saying "Why has a doc crew been following this office for a decade now? And Steve Carrel still isn't funny."
