Oh, how I love this show. A lazy way to describe it would be a low-budget Entourage with two women instead of four dodes; that doesn't even begin to do it justice. Jackie Woodman (Laura Kightlinger) is the lowest woman on the totem pole in Hollywood - a writer who isn't getting much work. So her and her pal Tara (Nicholle Tom), a grunt at a production company, get drunk, do plenty of drugs, and try their hardest to blaze a trail in L.A.

It's full of filthy language, absurd situations and even a peyote-fueled dream sequence. If you're a fan of smart comedies than you owe it to yourself to pick up season 1 - at fine retailers everywhere!

And then make sure to tune into IFC every Sunday at 11:30PM to catch the second season!

I can't speak for the show because I've never seen a full episode, but if it weren't for IFC, I wouldn't even watch television.

IFC = Independent Film Channel. Probably not on every cable providers' list. But hey, it's out on DVD so just Netflix that shit!

She is really fucking funny if not a little weird looking. The work she had done kinda gives her a Michael Jackson look, which is not a good one.

I wanted to check this out when you were previously whoring it, but it wasn't on iTunes and there weren't any easily available torrents. If I weren't a poor this week I would nab the DVDs.
