The bald chick in the scene where her and some dude trying to pass off at Bruce Willis and Leeloo  is actually a  distant cousin of mine according to my mother. She was a popular model in the '90. I don't remember ever meeting her. This was a very insightful post that I've just made, i know

Sony recently remastered the Blu-Ray and then gave everyone who bought the original transfer a new copy for free. :)

The best thing about this movie... aside from Leeloo being so hot, is that all the military dudes, and the president seem like washed up American football players you'd expect to see commentating on Monday Night Football.

I thought it was so awesome they cast Tiny Lister (AKA, Deebo) as the freaking president.  How cool was that?

Gary Oldman was so awesome in this movie. I love his speech on chaos..

Quote
Look at all these little things. So busy now. Notice how each one is useful. What a lovely ballet ensues so full of form and color. Now, think about all those people that created them. Technicians, engineers, hundreds of people who'll be able to feed their children tonight so those children can grow up big and strong and have little teeny weeny children of their own, and so on and so forth. Thus, adding to the great chain... of life.

Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg: [Desk prepares a glass of water and a bowl of fruit] You see, Father, by creating a little destruction, I'm actually encouraging life. In reality, you and I are in the same business. Cheers.
