Authorities Tuesday arrested a man called for jury duty in a homicide trial after, officials said, he was drunk and tried to give another juror a drink.William Chester Shaw Jr., 55, of Douglas Flat was sitting Tuesday morning next to another potential juror in Calaveras County Superior Court in San Andreas, waiting to be questioned for a jury spot."The other potential juror stands up and says the guy next to him is drunk and trying to give him alcohol," said sheriff's Sgt. Dave Seawell.
