It's fun, but still kind of early and unbalanced, but definitely fun. It's very much at the "every incremental patch completely revamps the game" phase of content implementation. Once it's officially out and we can play without fear of character wipes, I wanna get some serious EB online play goin'.

It's not an MMO. It's like Guild Wars in that towns are MMO-esque with tons of players around, good for sharing and getting groups going, but once you leave town it is a Diablo 2 or PSO-style dungeon hack with just you and your party, no other players.

Also, unlike Guild Wars, the gameplay isn't total garbage.

Can't wait to check it out. I think I like Mythos' art style more than Titan Quest's. Mythos kinda reminds me of how Baldur's Gate looked on consoles.

Some of the monster models look really good. Actually, the whole game looks pretty good, though there are some graphical huhs in the game. Like I have a cape that is perfectly still, unanimated for most things. When I am running, my feet clip through the back of it.

Since we have a couple people in here with accounts, does anyone want to start a thread so we can share names and beef up our friend lists?

Background? Setting? Lore? I think you are missing the point of a dungeon hack. The point is to kill, get loot, pimp out your characters, and kill.
