I can't even quantify why I like it.  it's some mix of nostalgia + there being a lack of a fun genre show like Buffy, Angel or the X-Files.  And the Doctor <3

I'm a huge sci-fi geek, so I was interested in it, and came to really liking it. Didn't realize it was so popular, either.

I will admit I'm sort of into Dr. Who now. I saw this awesome scene on SciFi once and I've been checking it out on TV Links since. Basically this episode convinced me :-\
