I posted this some time ago. A nice camping pic of me after waking up (and stumbling to find my tooth brush lol), ragged hair and all

That's me in June. Since then I've been gaining weight, toning my body in the gym. I'm never going to be uber buff but I want bigger shoulders/arms and I'm slowly getting there. Hopefully I'll be able to impress the family at Thanksgiving dinner (end of November). By then I should see big changes
