I can't stand southern rap for the most part, but I found the Houston scene to be pretty cool. It really reminds me of Dr. Dre/west coast stuff from the 90's: dope beats, simple yet hot punch line raps, and lots of bravado

They had a huge problem with their record label, so they actually broke contract and formed their own independent label to release their albums from.

Also, they're all married now. Which is kinda weird to think about, even though I'm the same age as the youngest one.
