What a beautiful story. My mouth was open in awe when they mentioned how the arm worked. Before they did I was thinking oh no way, this isn't controlled by the brain. Wrong!

Ya thats my point, he physically has no hand, you have hands they just can't be used.  No doctor will cut off yours hands to give you prosthetics, and what to do you have again? is it a problem with the nerves system because if it is the prosthetic probably wouldn't work anyways.

No, there is no problem with my nerves system, just arms twisted wrong way.

I don't understand why he wouldn't, I can't use them much anyway and I can't even dress/shower/feed myself.
