I blame MAF. All that Halo crap got to my head and I fired up Halo 2 on Vista. Freaking wasted 2 hrs that I should have been spending on a project that I need to email to someone by 8 a.m.

I work Mondays through Fridays which means I work Friday night into Saturday morning...which SUCKS!

i mean, do you always have to work night shifts or you take turns? what time do you get out this morning? eastern cities are cool, at least you can probably get a hot dog or cheesesteak before going off to sleep. there aren't enough 24hr action on the westside

Oh, yep, I work Night Shift 5 days a week (My hours are 11pm-7am). I've become a total vampire in regards to being social with people I know. Its crazy how disconnected you get from those around. When your asleep, they're awake and vice versa. Its horrible. Also, your sleeping pattern is f'ed up, it feels like the week is one continous workday...which is sort of tortous, I've learn to block out the pain though.

Once I bail from this job, no more 3rd shift for me EVER.

i know how you feel. my sister works overnight about once a week and she tells me how it makes her crazy everytime. 'cause everything just feels all messed up. they do pay you more though, right? i hope you'll get a happier job soon.
